Autocad 2007 problem

How do I get the printer to print actual dimension that is shown on the drawing? I have circles set to 2.000 and one at 3.250 and when they print, they are smaller than that.

Skip, any chance you can email me the dwg file? I will check it out and see what's going on.

when the print settings come up you have to set the scale 1:1.

Thanks for the info, The first time I used Autocad I drew up a motor mount for an 1/18th motor to run instead of the 1/10th motor on a dragster. I printed it out it came out to size. the next time I used it to make some wheel well templates, something changed in the program. but I saw where you guys said to set it to 1:1 so now it prints to size. I ended up using CorelDraw and made the templates with that program.
Here's the wheel well openings on the new car. Protective cover is still on as I am going to put a wing on it yet. This one will run about 75 mph on a 1/10th scale drag strip. (132')
