20lbs down since April.

I got married in April. I weighed around 215-220 depending on the day. I weighed myself this week and I was 197lbs. I thought you were suppose gain weight after marriage?

Not really sure why I'm losing it.....

I quit drinking, expect for weekend, but that's all I've really changed. I still drink a TON on the weekends. I am in pain 24/7 due to my back, so I think that has had some effect on my appetite. It's just odd.

My wife is working out and counting calories, and I am siting on the couch losing more weight then her. It's really pissing her off.

Weighed in this weekend at 188.5. I think the problem is with my diabetes. It's been all over the place, and the weight loss is not a "good" weight loss.

This sucks.

However, I can't remember the last time I was in the 180's, nor wore a size 34-35" waist for my pants.

Health problems, injuries, etc. can really mess with a good routine. Sorry to hear about the issues you're facing.

I decided to go on your plan. Can you please explain your diet plan in detail
and which oil you use to cook ? Please give me reply as soon as possible
