Got my resume back
Yep, actually paid someone to professionally rewrite my resume, cover letter, and thank you letter, as well as my references sheet and salary requirements page. For less then 50 bucks I look like a fucking rockstar.

Q, how does that process work? Do you provide all your work history and then she interviews you to get a better idea of what you're work and life experiences are?
My resume looks like ass... not because of the formatting, but because I've been in construction for 20 years, plus had some side jobs to fill the gaps. Construction companies come and go all the time, so most of my work history is broken up into 2 year gigs. My resume is currently 5 pages long.... I'd love to get it rewritten by a professional, I'm just not sure I could provide the best information to get it done right.

Thats pretty much it Mike. I sent her a copy of my resume that I had, and she sent me a questionaire to fill out in detail. put as much on it as you can that you want included. She then takes it and makes it pretty. The girl is good, seriously. I would love to toss her some business, and I think you would be very happy with her results. I'm a picky fucker and I love it.
