Small Block Chevy block, heads and NEW Performer RPM Air Gap Intake

I already forgot what casting he said the block was, but I'm thinking it was ended in 388 maybe? Never been bored, though obviously used. Has a crank, but I wouldn't plan on it needing to be turned or replaced. 2 bolt mains

Pair of 441 heads... the better flowing of the old cast iron stuff. smaller intake runners for better torque. I googled them and it said these heads respond well to pocket porting and 2.02 valves

Brand new in box Performer RPM Airgap Intake Manifold.

This is for a friend, he's not sure what to ask. How about $350/offer for everything? The intake is worth a large portion of that itself.
