looking for a 454 or bigger pre 80's big block.just want the block unless a nice forged crank comes with it.
You dont even have the 383 broke in yet :slap: You do realize if you dont buy your woman a ring soon your gonna be sleeping with Miss Hairy Palm.
On a side note, Big Blocks are SOooo cool. Like I told ya, I know where you can get a 396, or a  502 if you really feel like getting crazy.

I might be interested in a big block too. Just the block, maybe with a forged 4" GM crank. Or I might take a stock assembled engine if someone knows the history. 4-bolt mains are a must, and it's gotta be a Mk IV, not a gen V or VI. (Man, I sure am picky!) Anybody got any leads?

Yep, I know of a few of them actually. And a whole rack of heads. You guys have a budget? What size are you looking for? 396, 427, 454, 348?? lol

Well I wasn't figuring on spending more than a few hundred bux for just a bare block. Know of any 077 heads?
