I'll be there, most likely with the car unless something goes wrong today in my bottle testing. :hmm: I plan on leaving home around 5 or so that should get me there around 5:30.
I Wont be making it. Got a SES light on the way home last night. Both O2 sensors are junk, reading left bank at "2" and it wont move, and right bank only moves between 200 and 300. So with those shot, and the driveshaft is getting balanced again today, by the time I could get it back together after work, I would never make it in time. So have fun, and take lots of pictures. I will try for next week.
On a side note, once the SES light came on the car ran better then it EVER has. Without the o2 sensors controlling the show the bitch ran like a raped ape. :hmm: So hopefully with the new o2's she should run like it was suspose to in the first place. Only thing I can figure is when the rocker stud broke and the engine was throwing oil out the exhaust it mucked up the sensors.

I'm going. already got the stickies and skinnies bolted on. One question though..
Is there anyone going that can bring a laptop with Tunercat loaded on it? I need to lower my 2-3 shift point by about 200 RPM and my laptop won't even fire up. (Chris, you good at laptop tech at all? I'll pay you to fix it :) )
I only need just a quick few minutes to reflash the program, and I have the cable...
If I was coming I would have you setup Mike, but there is no way I can make it. Does Chad use LT1eidt or tunercat?

I use LT1 Edit, but if you bring your CD, I will bring the CD drive this time and you can use mine.
Unless I can download it from somewhere I could have it set up by the time I get there.

Doesnt look like I can make it after all. Got some family stuff to do before I head to Detroit this weekend. However, I will take a look at your laptop if you can get it to me sometime. Cant promise I can fix it, but I'll try. I'm still waiting on word from my manager about the laptops I might be able to get from work. They arent as nice as what you have, but they would work at least.

Sent you a PM on this board with a link. If it doesn't work, maybe Q can help us out with it...

Got the link, but the only problem is that was for version 1.98, the one I downloaded from the tunercat.com site was 2.00 and it tells me incorrect file size.

Procedure?! Al, are you OK?
Mike, don't forget I've still got your tape... we need to figure out some way to get it to you.
I am trying to make it. I got the driveshaft done, and I picked up the o2 sensors at lunch. After talking with Greg at speedworks, it appears that when the stock computer pulls timing due to knock, false or true, it dosent pull fuel too. So it runs VERY rich, and i nuked the o2's because of it.

Becca, Thanks for asking.
I just went in to have a faccett nerve block in my lower spine to see if we can reduce some of the back pain from my degenerative spine.
I'm home now albiet groggy and I was informed that I can not drive or operate any equipment for 24 hours. So at home I'll be. :thumbd:
Have fun and report back.
