Think I just found a great one which will replace my Fitday.com usage. On the Android system, it's called Calorie Counter. It syncs to an internet site called fatsecret.com. Lets you track, food, exercise, and weight but here's the thing I think is really sweet: It lets you scan barcodes and enter items to your food diary from the codes. No worry if it isn't in the database because you can just search or even create your own food but I think the scanning feature saves a lot of time and self-calculations. Plus, wherever I go I have my phone so I no longer have to write things down or try to remember what I ate during the day. Just simply enter as I go.

Another application I've been using for a week now it FitSync. They also have an internet site which syncs all the data. I'm still using the free trial version on my phone but think I will purchase as soon as my trial ends. The main thing with this app is the ability to track your progress in certain exercise. You can set targets, it tells you your past performance, and has some interesting reports for the breakdowns of things. Like right now I've lifted 107,180 lbs and traveled 28 miles in the last month. Course it's really the last week :). Setting up the exercises then the workouts was a little time consuming but now that it's entered it's a piece of cake. Today was Chest/Shoulders with a bit of Cardio; I lifted 8,350 lbs then biked 3 miles.

Anybody else have any cool apps or websites they're using to help track?
