Daily. Sounds silly since you aren't supposed to get caught up on the numbers but I like more data to work with. Course as of late it doesn't move anyway!

Daily for me also.. Its part of my morning routine. That way i know if i'm 2-3 lbs. up i have to watch what i'm stuffing my face with all day.
