Does it really work? I watched the video but it just seems like it wouldn't do much. I was also curious about the prices. Youch. $90 for the cardio pair, and $100 for the classic. I would definitely have to use one and see results before putting that kind of money into it.

A Heavy Rope can also do wonders if you have the room.

It does work! I had to do it for 30 seconds above my head 3 times, and then in front of me, and then squat down w/ it between my legs.I dont know what size the one I used was but I think 4 or 5'.Does it really work?
