I weighed 205lbs (5' 10") in September of 2006
I was deployed to Saudi and lost 45lbs down to 160lbs in 14 weeks
Fast forward to now and I weigh 191 as of tonight.

I am moving back to Michigan this May and need to get in shape for the summer. My goal is 170 lbs which should be easy in 4 months. I cut pop and fast food out of my diet about 2 weeks ago and feel great since, fast food does not even look or smell good to me anymore.

I have been running 3-5 miles per night, doing a low impact weight workout and throwing in 4-5 games of racquetball on top of eating healthy such as salads, chicken breast, oatmeal, granola bars, nutrigrain bars..etc. I weighed 195 on Monday so im on track, this will be the third time I have lost large amounts of weight and hope its the last!

We have PT in the USAF 3 times a week so I'm used to running etc..my problem was I ate any and everything I wanted, and now it shows :(

I would be very careful about weight loss that fast. It's often considered anorexic.
