Just a quick update.... I haven't been working out too much, as I've been very sore (my lower back* and my right knee). But I've been watching what I'm eating (and no beer), and working out when I can.
I've also been using the Wii Fit, which measures your weight, and BMI. Very helpful "toy". Some of the things they have you do, kill you. Like 6 push-ups. Sure, it's only 6, but they make you do it soooooooooo slow, it kills you.
In the last 9 days, I've lost over 6 pounds - which is great for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a fat ass, but every little bit helps!
*My back issue: Last year, I blew out two discs in my back under my shoulder blade. I take extra strength Vicodin daily, and muscle relaxers to sleep. Along with that daily pain like a sword going though my chest, in my lower back (like tramp stamp area), my spine is separating from its self. Which causes me LOTS of pain, and will need surgery one day.
So, I work out when I take it, as some days, 2-3 Vicodin can't even touch the pain.
