Well, I started this year at 268, and I have been slacking, but today on the scale after a one hour session on the bike that was worth 17.77 miles, I weighted in at 263.
Slowly but surely I am getting there.

I can take a shit and go from 268 to 263 lol. But im in the same neighborhood as you weight wise.. i hover around 265 give or take depending on what i ate that day. Some days i'll wake up at 260 then the next day im 265. Its water weight because i drink a lot of fluids and piss alot. lol
The bitch is I am at the gym all the damn time. But I JUST went off my supplements, so now I will start to lose again.
Havent been to the gym in 2 weeks, and I ate any damn thing I wanted over the holidays.
267 as of today. Now I will get serious.

I'm also at 267 after the holidays :(
Time for me to get back to the program..
Plan: No carbs or sugar for two weeks, then limit carbs to 40g's a day for two weeks followed by 80g's the next two weeks. Goal is to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. :)

Hell of a goal Mike.... If it hadn't been the holidays I might have pulled it off... but too much drinking and eating slowed it down. Unless I lose 5lbs this week... lol
Finally back on track with a little help from my friend.
4.5 miles monday elliptical and half an hour of weights
19.65 miles tuesday bike
today.......who knows.
Weight as of right now.........265..........can you say hover

Good on you. Is your friend for hire?! I have got to find something to give me a push in the right direction on the scales. That is a heck of a fast ride on the bike.

Becca, I was doing some research on supplements and accidentally ran across some information that might help. I'll make a new post.
My friend wishes to remain annoymous, sorry, I dont think you guys know her anyway. But they are helping me get back on track, and I am keeping them moving in the right direction as well.
