View Full Version : Hot Boat Weekend in September
I realize I am WAY ahead of the game, but I want to try and get as many of us as possible into the same area up there this year.
I just ordered the oversized inflatable boxing gloves, and the floating island so we can tie off a boxing ring on the back of Bad Karma. I figure we get us a oil boy, and a banner advertising bikini boxing, and have us a good time this year. Should make for an interesting day. Couple that with the bag of beads my sales girl brought me back from the Big Easy, and things keep getting better.
So who is going to make it this year?

summer just starts and your hoping for the end. thats just great you summer hater. count me in, i think i've only missed maybe 2 in the last 18yrs. but i always stay away from consumers. to much for me.

See, I am going to be in the middle of Consumers this year. Going to have me an obnoxious weekend where I make a disturbance and everyone knows it.

I'd go but haven't had time to make brackets to mount pontoon's on the trans am yet......guess I'm out.
Bret, I am sure we can find a spot for you to come with. Just no wives, girlfriends allowed. Leave the drama at home :lol: :boobies:

you know Brad and myself will be out there again. gotta get a couple of camp sites there at oxbo yet, but either way it will be a two day thing like last year.

I'm there! The thing is, I just read that no "girlfriends/wives" are allowed... What if we wanted to bikini wrestle? :P Not to mention, where is it?

I would hope so Dave, with Brad and I both out there that should be like 16 people worth of space. I might be full, I am just waiting to hear from my sister to tell me if she will be here with her husband that weekend like we planned. But if she bails on me, you know your welcome on my boat. You can be anchor bitch ;)

I know I'm going to have a couple people with me. I'm assuming that Scuba will have a couple friends with him. We can squeeze 8 people on our boat(max by law) but it really is comfortable with 6.
I'll post up how many people will be on our boat when I find out for sure!
Oh and Alysia....if that friend of yours comes...I'll make room :heyhey:
There's rumors from the Chopsaw camp, that he is looking at a few boats. So who knows.....maybe one more.

I haven't talked with any one about this is since like July so I just wanted to see if there was still going to be room some where for Patrick and I to come as well! I know there was talk about my friend Mel and I getting together (see barn pics) as well. We would just need a place to hang out for the weekend then! Please, let Patrick or I know where there is definitely room for the two of us... I also read that there are campsites available too? If we need to stay at one of those, that's not a problem either.. Just need the information!!

As of right now there are 4 people on our boat. Me, Scuba, my friend Pat, and My old man. we will only be able to fit 6 people in order to make room for the beer. If you want the two spots then speak up and grab them, cause there's more of my friends that are dicking around and haven't committed to them yet.
Scuba and I have two campsites side-by-side at the statepark(Oxbow) I'm going to buy 1 huge 3 or 4 room tent to put up on one of them, someone else will have to bring their own tent. The catch is that the state park will only allow 1 tent per site and 1 car per site. Each additional car is $20 so plan on car-pooling.
Scuba works with a guy that lives 15 mintues away from the water, we could probably use his place as a car-pool center.

Pickle and I will be heading up around 1ish on Friday if all goes well.
Chopsaw is going to be picking Biggie up at the airport on Friday night around 11pm, and heading back to Oxbow from there.

aaaaaaaaaaaaahahhhaaha, you know brad is nicknamed one horny drunk, not sure what gender is specified after being drunk though ;). and yeah, as for people on the boat, six is plenty for us especially if we want room for the beer.
I think our old man is going to shit his pants when he gets out there and realizes this isn't just a regular old day at the beach

Alright Brad. I would love to say yes to the offer of taking the last two spots on your boat, but we also won't get out there until Saturday afternoon because Patrick has to work until noon. Is that still a possibility or not? Sounds like a great time!

I know a guy who i work with that has aunt and uncles that live in that same area;)
I mean no offense to anyone in this, but once I park Bad Karma for the day, she isnt leaving again till I go back to the tent. This boat is leaving once only on Saturday.

Q, I gotta get a hold of my cousin and see if He wants to come out and he could bring a 3 seater yamaha waverunner. That'd be perfect for the taxi service!! If he can't go, maybe my uncle would be nice enough to let me borrow it for the weekend.
Thats cool Brad. I just know once I throw out anchor, I am going to be in no position to be driving a 8000 pound big block powered wave smasher with hundreds of people and other boats around. And I have no intentions of stopping the drinking till the sun is WAY down and the fires are burning on shore.
