Basically a Daytona 675 engine in a redesigned S3 chassis for about a grand less then the D675. More user friendly riding position, most likely lower insurance rates, and a whole bunch of attitude! :)
depending on color selection and a test ride, I'd be tempted to trade mine in for something like this that's a little less aggressive on the body...
