Take a look at the pictures where they actually sheared the frame on the left-hand side. Now, do you reckon someone might be able to rebuild it on a salvage title? Just a little bit of TIG work I'd imagine ;)

When I wrecked my bike they considered a total loss even though in my opinion it was FAR from it. But they said the motor kit alone was worth something like $2700 so that was what they wanted from me to buy it back from the insurance company.
